Who are you?

I am 20 years old an I am from Germany. Right now I am a student. I am 183cm high and right now in the bulk I weight around 85kg.

I am not a coach or anything else. I gained all my knowledge within the last years by reading and trying things out on my own.

Why did you open up this homepage?

I created this page to share my knowledge and my experiences in sports and fitness with you. I train quite a while now and I have the opinion that I gained enough knowledge to share it with others.

It is also a big dream of mine, having my own website and being able to create the content I want to. I just want to help people out, not doing the same mistakes I did at the beginning. I also recognized that when I buy a product, I am searching for some reviews about it before and I tested  a lot of products, so why do not share my experiences with you.

Who long do you train?

I started training in September, 2012. Before that I did different sports like swimming, self defense.

The reason why I started lifting is because I wanted to be like Arnold. When I first saw him I was really impressed. I asked myself how is it possible to get that big.

The beginning of my "lifting career" was not that successful. The first year I did not go that often to the gym and I had not much knowledge about nutrition or supplements. But during the following year I started to look after my nutrition and I informed myself about supplements. Like everyone else I searched THAT secret of getting big fast and that is why I tested different training systems.

Now after more than 2 years lifting I can say that I gained a lot of knowledge, but I gained even more discipline. I also do not change my training every two month anymore. I recognized that it is important to focus on one training system and that time is the most important factor. You cannot get big in just one or two years, naturally, it needs time.

What content can we see on your blog?

Well. At the moment everything is really unstructured. I planed to show you all the supplements I used and give you my personal feedback about them. I also wanna tell you a bit about my trainings style and what I tried so far. Maybe or let's say hopefully you can gain some knowledge as well. Or I can prevent you of doing the same mistakes which I did.
